1. Are your products all natural?
All Luxe Refill product ingredients are 100% natural, carefully sourced, and plant based. Our formulas NEVER include parabens, artificial colors, or synthetic fragrances.

2. Are your products locally sourced?
Yes, 90% of our products are manufactured in our home city of Austin, TX. All formulas have the most pure, safe and carefully crafted ingredients. We don’t add any fillers or harmful ingredients. The only preservatives we use are food grade and verified safe by https://www.EWG.org/skindeep

3. Are your products child friendly?
Yes, all product ingredients are rated 1 or 2 by EWG (a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting human health and the environment by scientifically evaluating ingredients in cosmetics to determine safety). Our product ingredients can be searched and verified safe on their website: https://www.ewg.org/skindeep.

4. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is FREE with orders of $100 or more.

5. How long does your shipping take?
We ship using USPS, which – on average – takes about 5-7 days to deliver.

6. Can I return a product?
Yes, products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of arrival. Please contact us at info@luxerefill.com for return instructions.

7. What if I don’t like the scent?
We offer all products unscented. This is for those with sensitive skin, as well as those who prefer to add their own scent. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, simply return it within 30 days for a refund. Please contact info@luxerefill.com for return instructions. 

8. How do I reorder?
When you are almost out of product, place a Refill order online. When the new product(s) arrive, your box will include a prepaid return label to ship back your clean, dry empties in the same box. To minimize plastic consumption, reuse your dispenser on the Refill bottle and place the aluminum lid on the empty bottle(s) you are returning. If you are not Refilling, please reuse or recycle the empty bottle. Aluminum and glass are the most recyclable materials!

9. How do I clean the pump dispenser, since I am not returning it with my empties?
Pumps can be cleaned with warm, soapy water and sterilized by rinsing with water then pumping with rubbing alcohol.

10. What do I do with my empty bottle?
If you are ordering a Refill, then we will include a paid return label to ship back your clean, dry empties in the same box. If you are not re-ordering, then the bottle is yours to keep! All bottles are top rack dishwasher safe.

11. What if my pump breaks?
We will replace your pump if it breaks. Please contact us at info@luxerefill.com for details.

13. Do you offer a Subscribe & Save program?
Yes! Our Subscribe & Save program offers a 10% discount on every order. You have the option to select your refill frequency (from 2-6 months). You can edit or cancel your subscription anytime.
14. What if the empty bottle gets damaged?
Please recycle any bottle that is too damaged to Refill. There is no limit to how many times aluminum can be recycled into something new.
15. Will I get a new dispenser with every purchase?
We only ship a dispenser with the first time purchase. We do this in effort to minimize plastic consumption. If a new dispenser is needed for a refill, please add a note to the cart at checkout.
16. Do you test on animals?
All of our products are 100% cruelty Free. We never test on animals. Also, we only have one product that is not vegan. The Activated Charcoal Deodorant has beeswax. All other products are vegan. For a vegan deodorant, try our Magnesium Deodorant.
